• Our detailed training program, designed to ensure that our staff not only understand the requirements for quality & technical excellence but actively contribute to the continual search for improvement in all we do.  Our staff are externally trained for Food Processing Certificate III through the Federal Department of Education, Science and Training and Goulburn/Ovens Institue of TAFE, Victoria.

• We thoroughly document all our practices & procedures & routinely update them to reflect our accumulation of knowledge of your products & your evolving needs reflected in your individual HACCP Plan.

Once you decide to join Total Package our system builds your product into our system, including all your needs & technical requirements.  Our Product Catalogues allow each of our staff to ensure that you will be delighted with our finished product. Detailed aspects of these procedures & the security details, including HACCP, will be available to you on next inspection of our facilities.

We have in place a strategic partnership with experience food management consultants. This includes a long term audit program aimed at keeping pace with the changing expectations of our customers & their respective market places. In addition, this is our strategic tool to stay current with the evolution of HACCP and ISO 9001.

Similarly we have established long term consultancy support in the fields of product development, dry product technology & packaging machinery development.

Our Quality system can, if required, inspect & screen incoming product & materials to your specifications & we are able to hold this information on file for you as part of your quality records. This service (HACCP) can combined with the option of batch recording & trace information allows us to actively assist you to minimise your exposure to product liability claims.
