NEW BLENDING OPERATION WITH VACUUM PRODUCT TRANSFER:

These new facilities include a temperature and humidity controlled clean room with 1000L stainless steel ribbon blender, with contra flow double ribbon configuration.

The fully variable speed drive, 8rpm to 30rpm allows us to handle the blending of the most delicate muesli mixes, as well as micro-mix powder formulations.
A vacuum product transfer system in the new blending facility ensures the integrity of our customers product as it eliminates the potential for cross contamination.
Our new blending clean room allows for inline packing off into sachets, standup pouches, bag and box, steel and composite cans. We can now provide shelf ready packaging to ensure entry into all retail markets.

NEW APPOINTMENT:
Alan Linton-Smith join's Total Package as resident Food Technologist & Product Development Manager. He is well known in the industry with over 25 years at Symrise, Mauri Foods and Greens General Foods. Allan will be developing new & better formulations, raw material identification, product development and trials for packaging into sachets, pouches and composite cans.
